Good article in MSN on how to make perfect pancakes.. Been telling hubby who is Muslim that this is like a Christian form of Ramadan... Using up excess food stores to start a 40 day 40 night fast before Easter... but we do not fast as such rather forfeit something from our favourite foods list...
